I Just Don't Understand Anything..

Okay. So yesterday this guy randomly said "I love you" and hugged me, then he just walked away.
Because it was so random and out of nowhere I thought he was just playing around, so I didn't think anything about it.

Today the same guy came up to me, quoted what I wrote on this drawing
[link] and gave me a Mountain Dew, then walked away. (Just to be clear, this guy is not the guy the linked deviation was about).

Right after that this girl took the Mountain Dew, telling me to ignore him because he was just being a jerk.

I don't know what's going on.

This guy either...
Meant what he said about loving me, and did what the guy I said I wished was still together with did in order to prove that point;
Is just messing with me/playing around, like before;
Is trying to be "a jerk" by doing these to me, like the girl said.

And another thing, someone must be giving my deviantART username around school; either that, or it's pretty obvious like some other person who knows me in real life (I can't say vice versa) did; OR that person told this guy about it.

I just don't know. It could be any combination of any of the options.

And if any of the deviantART thing is true, that means the guy is seeing this. Hopefully he'll understand my frustration, and maybe clear some things up.

Not having answers is just upsetting me.
